The full form of BSC Nursing is ” Bachelor of Science in Nursing ” it is a 4-year undergraduate degree course that you can do after class XII, after doing this course you are called a nurse.
The main functions of a nurse are to take care of patients, cooperate in the work of doctors, administrative responsibilities etc.
BSC Nursing Eligibility
• Candidate should have passed 12th class.
• Candidate must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject in 12th class.
• Candidate must have at least 55% marks in class 12th.
• Candidate’s age should be between 17- 35 years.
BSC Nursing Admission Process
• First you have to fill the admission form .
• After this you have to give entrance exam to do BSC Nursing from a reputed college.

What To Do After BSC Nursing?
1. Mastof Science In Nursing / MSC Nursing
This is a 2-year postgraduate course that you can do after doing B.Sc Nursing. Further studies related to B.Sc Nursing are done in M.Sc Nursing.

The fees for MSc Nursing can be between 50,000 to 2,00,000. After doing MSc in Nursing you can do the job of Hospital, Defense Services, Paramedic Nurse where you can get a salary of up to 5 lakh annually.
2. Diploma In Critical Care Medicine ( DCCM )
It is a 1- 3 year diploma course in which you are taught about patient care in emergency situations. In this, you are given information about the care of the patient admitted to the ICU.
If the student has a degree in B.Sc Nursing or GNM, then you can do a DCCM course, whose fee can be up to one lakh, while it salary can be between 3 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs annually.
3. Diploma In Nursing Administration
This is a 3-year diploma course. To do this course, you must have a B.Sc Nursing degree with 2 years of experience. After the diploma, You can get a salary of up to 4 lakhs.
4. Diploma In Cardiovascular & Thoracic Nursing ( CVT )
This is a 1-year diploma course if you are interested in cardiology, then you can do this course, the fee for this course can be from 10,000 to 1,00,000, while you can get a salary up to 3.5 lakhs.
5. MBA In Hospital Administration
This is a 2-year post-graduation course. If you are interested in management then you can do this course. To Enroll in this course you should have 55% marks in B.Sc Nursing after that you have to pass CAT Exam to take admitted to an MBA college.
The fees of an MBA can be between 1 lakh to 6 lakh whereas its salary can be between 3 lakh to 8 lakh.
6. Master In Public Healthcare ( MPH )
This is a 2-year post-graduation course, if you want to provide health services in public interest then you can also do this course. After Completing MPH you can get a job in big institutions like WHO, UN CHILDREN FUND, BILLS AND MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION. This course fee can be between 3 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs, whereas its salary can be 5 Lakhs to 15 Lakhs.
